Shipping Policy

Here at Treehugga Clothing, we have made the decision to fulfil all of our orders via Printful. Printful are an organisation that allow companies to design their merchandise and ship it straight to their customer via a print on demand method. Shipping prices vary depending on where you are located. Shipping rates for your product will appear on the check out page before you complete your purchase. We aim to complete delivery of your product within 3-10 working days after the product has been fulfilled. However COVID-19 could affect this and delay the delivery of your order.

Shipments will originate from either Europe, United States of America or Canada depending on where the shipping address that you provide for your purchase is located in the world. Shipping will usually originate from the nearest point of fulfilment based on the shipping address that you provide.

Return And Exchange Policy

We do not currently offer an exchange service. Therefore you can only return a product. To see our return policy look to the paragraph below. If you wish to, you can return your product and then buy the same product or a different product in the size and colour you desire.

If you would like to RETURN a product, we can refund you via PayPal. To request a refund you must first contact us via our contact page. You must then return the product to the address that we provide. Once we have received the product we will refund you via PayPal. (The refund transaction can take up to 30 days to be completed)
